Ive been doing my workout in this pink gym for a month now and so far so good I am enjoying myself as I do my vigorous exercise everyday during school days. Right after I sent my daughter in school every morning, I immediately go to this gym and do my exercise for 2 hours. It’s really quite hard and tiresome since some of the equipments are so hard to do. However, I am glad that at least I am able to execute and do all the exercise that is written on the fitness program. Ive noticed the big changes and improvement that Ive got out from my gym exercise because I lost 8 pounds in 20 days! Woohoo!

I can prove that exercise is really a great tool if you want to get back your body in shape.I am now on my body firming program where I concentrate on the body parts that needs to be firmed and toned like my abs, arms, buttocks, thighs and legs. Doing my workout and exercise at the gym has been a part of my daily routine that’s why I will continue doing it in order to maintain my body figure. ^_^

Last weekend, my church buddies and I went to Marvilla Beach in Opol, Misamis Oriental to spend some time relax and unwind after our post encounter retreat lesson.  My sister in law took this photo of me at the beach. I love the angle where she shot the nice white clouds, the beach, the sand and of course me LOL!

I really find these photo of my daughter wearing her red Mickey Mouse dress so cute! She’s with her cutie cousin too. This is their first meeting together and their already became so close with each other. I just hope that when they grow up they would still remain not only good cousins but great friends as well.  ^_^
