Ive been doing my workout in this pink gym for a month now and so far so good I am enjoying myself as I do my vigorous exercise everyday during school days. Right after I sent my daughter in school every morning, I immediately go to this gym and do my exercise for 2 hours. It’s really quite hard and tiresome since some of the equipments are so hard to do. However, I am glad that at least I am able to execute and do all the exercise that is written on the fitness program. Ive noticed the big changes and improvement that Ive got out from my gym exercise because I lost 8 pounds in 20 days! Woohoo!

I can prove that exercise is really a great tool if you want to get back your body in shape.I am now on my body firming program where I concentrate on the body parts that needs to be firmed and toned like my abs, arms, buttocks, thighs and legs. Doing my workout and exercise at the gym has been a part of my daily routine that’s why I will continue doing it in order to maintain my body figure. ^_^

We all know that exercise burns some calories but it also stimulates our appetite and makes us hungry, why? because the harder we exercise, the more calories we burn and that’s what suppresses appetite for several hours after. When our hunger strikes, we like to eat healthy carbs such as bread, fruit or cereals to replace lost energy than high fat foods.

I used to be so slim and slender before way back during my teenage years. But when I got married and had given birth 4 years ago, I gained a lot of weight due to all those prenatal vitamins and supplements I had taken when I was pregnant.
