Para sa  letrang D karung semanaha mao kani ang akong ikapasundayag kaninyo ang mangaligo ta sa Dagat… KUK! Sakto jud ni kay ting init naman run samer na chada o nindot kaayo iligo ug dagat karun labi na ug naay sinugbang isda ug karne ug naa pajud saging nga hilaw paresan dayon ug ginamos. Lami na kaayo ang kaon labi na ug mag kinamot…haaay! naglaway na nuon ko dah! hehehe

Tuod diay, kabalo ko nga daghan pud mga kauban nato nga mga wafa nga bisdak blager nga taga CDO ug segurado ko nga nakabalo ni sila asa ni dapita ning dagata. Sa wala pa nakabalo, didto ni dapit sa may Roan Beach resort sa Opol, Misamis Oriental. Naa mi permi didto labi na ug magbakasyon akong mama kay naa man compound didto nga paabangan ang ilang apartment.

Chada kaayo ning lugara labi na ang dagat kay dili ni batohun, pino ang balas diri. Nindot mag posing2x diri ug magsuroy2x sa daplin sa dagat labi na ug uban ang atong hinigugma. charmus ginamus! ^_^

Acne Be Gone…Forever!

Acne scars is really such a big real problem. I hate to admit but I am one of those people who also experienced having an acne that is left untreated, thus I ended up having some acne scars. Ive already tried several acne treatment cream, lotions and other products but none of them worked for me. I even had a horrible experience where my acne gets even worse when I applied those so called effective  acne treatment.

I do have a sensitive skin so I ended up having some red spots, rashes and blemishes all around my face. Ive been trying to look for more ways on how to let this acne of mine be gone forever. I even did some online research about it but my mom advised me to visit a dermatologist and ask for her advice on the best remedy that I can do to remove acne scars. Since I already failed in treating my acne of my own, I believe that dermatologist will help me in choosing and sampling some of acne treatments available in the market today.

And I think to myself… What a Wonderful World!

Okay enough with the singing…lol! I know you guys got carried away with this beautiful song but to be honest, I was actually trying to figure out the meaning of the song because it is somehow related to our vision. Our eyes are one of the most important parts of our bodies. Many people wear glasses or contacts like me for corrective vision, but even people with perfect sight must need to take good care for their eyes regularly to keep them healthy, refreshed and in shape.

We don’t always notice our vision changing because our brains tends to compensate for changes on our day-to-day life activities. A simple way to make sure our eyes are healthy is by making an appointment with an optometrist. Even though you may not have any problems with your vision, your eye doctor needs to check for signs of disease or disorder annually. You may think your eyes are healthy, but only your doctor can assure you of that.

Most eye complications can be treated if they’re caught early that’s why it is important to have some checkups.
